Success!
Tonight OJCA held our inaugural neighborhood meeting at the Jefferson Senior Center, 4518 Jefferson Highway, in Jefferson.
First, we wish to thank Councilman Deano Bonano and his administrative aide, Angela Callais, for doing all the necessary steps so that we had a large and comfortable (and free!) meeting place. Also, they attended the meeting for over an hour, and Councilman Bonano fielded many questions and addressed the concerns of Old Jefferson residents.
If you made it to the meeting, thank you! So many people spoke up, and many ideas were shared.
If you didn't make it to the meeting, we hope to see you next time! Since the organization is still forming, we would like to meet monthly, and then eventually transition to a quarterly meeting schedule.
Check our website, https://www.jpojca.org/upcoming-meetings, for a list of meetings to attend to meet your neighbors. Also click the Facebook link below to join our group, or connect with us on Insta.
We'll see you in the neighborhood!
Do let us know if you have any questions.
