It's Open Municipal Primary Election season, and you can vote early at the Joseph S. Yenni Building, 1221 Elmwood Park Blvd, Suite 502, in Harahan starting Saturday, March 15, 2025 through Saturday, March 22, 2025. During this time period, the Yenni building will be open for early voting from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM excluding Sundays. Get all the details here: https://www.jpclerkofcourt.us/early-voting/.
The Open Municipal Primary Election date is Saturday, March 29, 2025.
All registered voters have an opportunity to vote on the 4 proposed amendments to the state's constitution.
Some areas of Jefferson Parish will also vote on local races and propositions. You can access the sample ballot in the State's voter portal, https://voterportal.sos.la.gov/Home/VoterLogin. I checked mine and didn't see the 4 proposed amendments listed, but I know all registered voters in the parish can vote on those items (No or Yes).
